Using Insurance

I am currently in-network and accept the following commercial insurance plans for individual therapy services only:

• United Healthcare/Optum

• Humana

If your insurance carrier is not listed above but you have Out-Of-Network benefits, ask me about how you might be able to get a portion of the cost of your sessions reimbursed to you.

*You are responsible for your co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible contribution at time of service. If you are unsure about your payment responsibility, please call the Customer Service number on the back of your insurance card to verify benefits prior to session.

I accept credit, debit, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and check.

***Please note, I do not bill insurance for marriage, pre-marital, or couples therapy. You will pay out of pocket for these services at the established rate of $150/session.

Paying Out-of-Pocket

For many reasons, you might choose to pay for therapy services out-of-pocket. For example, I do not bill insurance for marriage, pre-marital, or couples counseling. The fee structure is as follows:

-Individual therapy session (55 minutes) - $135
-Couples therapy session (55 minutes) - $150
